What is the meaning of double occupancy or per person sharing?
If you want to stay alone in your room, additional fees will typically apply.
All the rates on our website are all double occupancy rates.
What is your cancellation policy?
Group trips are typically non refundable. However if your refund request is made 3 months before the scheduled departure date, then you can get a refund which will be transferred as credit towards future trips with us.
Private trips have a more flexible refund policy with a full cash refund available 3 months before the scheduled travel date and a travel credit refund available if your request is made within 2 months -14 days before your scheduled departure.
Payments are non refundable within 14 days to your scheduled departure date.
Can I stay in a different hotel on group trips?
Yes you can stay in a different hotel on a group trip but the following conditions are applicable;
1. You may be required to pay an extra if the hotel of your choice is more expensive than that of the group,
2. You will be required to pay an extra for transfers from your hotel to tour sites and excursions. You will also be required to pay an extra for airport transfers.
Do you offer visa services?
Except when otherwise stated in the inclusions, we don’t typically offer visa services. In some cases however we do, so be sure to read through inclusions and exclusions of your selected trip..
I can’t find anything I like on your website. Can you create a package specially for me?
Yes we can. So long as the destination is available on our page, we can curate a private package entirely bespoke to you. However kindly note that we charge an upfront non refundable $50 curation fee for this service.
Are there any hidden charges?
Except otherwise stated, there are no other charges required. Some trips may require entrance fees at tourist attractions. Always read carefully through the details of your selected trip to view what is included or excluded.
Tips, gratuities, personal expenses and services not explicitly stated are usually not included in the total cost of the package.
Are International Flights included in your packages?
Except otherwise stated, international flights are not included in our packages.
If you would like us to make arrangements for your international flights. you can reach out to us and we’ll be happy to assist you.
What is the best and fastest way to reach you?
You can reach out to us via Whatsapp and email. Except in the case of ongoing trips, we don’t work on weekends.
Visas, Passports and Health Certificates
Please note that it is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure that they are well aware and in possession of every travel and health document necessary for their trip.The cost of these are not included in the package and we will not be liable in the case where a traveller is denied entry into a country for not having the requisite travel documents.
Can I travel with my children?
You can travel with your children on private trips. However, kindly inform us if you want to book a group trip with children so we can make the necessary arrangements to accommodate them.
